website shutdown

im sooooo frustrated today coz my website (look at my siggy) has been blocked. it didnt reach expiration date yet (exp:29/06/09). please advise on what should i do. if i have to take legal action, i would. ifeel cheated coz i pay for 1 year subscription. but without my consent, they shut it down. basically below is the story. please those IT geek out there. any good advice for me?
